Description

6/28/17 - This is a police-issued Walther PPK from WW2 with scarce gray grip.  It is a variation 3 police PPK, with military finish and Eagle/C marking on frame.  The frame of this pistol shows a plum hue on the sides but a thin gray on the front strap.  The slide is in very good condition with minor muzzle wear.  The gray grips have been getting harder to find as many collectors seem to prefer them and tuck them away as a result.  The upper right corner of the right side has been rounded in a deliberate manner, for reasons unknown to me.   Eagle/N proofs on slide and frame.  Wartime magazine.  Excellent bore.
