This is a very rare W SUFFIX ppk. As most collectors know, the war era PPK's had a k suffix. But right in the middle of production there is a very small group of W suffix guns. These had to be for a special contract, but while there are theories, no one really knows who they were made for. Collector databases only list about 30 known guns.
