Description
11/17/25 - This is an excellent Pre-WW2 Smith & Wesson .38/44 Heavy Duty revolver from 1930. It is matching and chambered in .38 Special. It comes with a factory letter that details the history of this model and states that this particular gun was shipped from the S&W factory on May 29, 1930 to A.D. Lynde Daggett in Los Angeles. The gun's original high polish finish rates about 94-95% with some minor high edge wear, light spotty wear on the right side of the frame, a light roll mark on the cylinder, and some light scratchy wear on the back strap. Fitted with very nice hand-checkered Walnut grips. Mint bore.
