Description

1/29/26- For sale is a Prussian 1871 pattern dragoon officer's pickelhaube. There is light wear and aging on the exterior leather but no deep scrapes or serious damage. All the exterior brass fittings are in nice shape with no scrapes, dents, bends, or missing pieces. The exterior brass fittings are all firmly attached to the helmet and not loose. The interior lining is present and original although shows signs of age and wear. The string that holds the interior flaps together may be a replacement. The chinstrap is present but not currently attached to the helmet. There are no visible stamps or markings. Helmet is in overall excellent condition.
