Description
11/11/19 -¬This is a very interesting and rare WW1 production Luger holster. The holster is stamped on the front body of leather with "B ST N" above the maker stamp from Artillery Work, Munich and 1912 date. The AWM is the maker code, with a 16/12, meaning the 16th factory, and year of production being 1912. Research tells us this B ST N stands for "Bavarian Penitentiary at Nuremberg". So this was a Nuremberg prison issued holster. Further, the holster is nice and clean with strong leather and very minimal wear. Some surface dings, but still amazing for a holster this old! None of this is significant wear. All original stitching as well. A very cool collector's holster!
