Description

3/18/25 - For sale is a Springfield M1 Garand made around September of 1940. The rifle is in great shape and it is parts correct for a rifle assembled during that time. The receiver has a worn parkerized finish with high edge wear. The barrel and gas cylinder have a darker parked finish. The wood is in great condition with minor scratches and dings from handling. The left side of the stock is stamped SA/SPG in a box. The wrist is stamped with a Circle P. The bore is on the brighter side with visible rifling but is more worn towards the muzzle. Theres some fine pitting in the grooves near the muzzle. The muzzle erosion rates a 10 and throat erosion is 4. The parts list is included below.
