Description
7/29/26 - This is a rare Mauser P.38, made in 1942, the first year of production. There were fewer than 20,000 of this variation produced, which is a very low production total for any wartime P.38 variation. This particular gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. It retained roughly 85% of its original finish with general high edge wear, muzzle wear, noticeable finish loss on the front strap, and spotty discoloration on the underside of the trigger guard. Fitted with correct blackish-brown phenolic grips and comes with a "Waffen 135" marked Mauser magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
