Description
9/22/26 - This is probably one of the most difficult Nagant revolvers for a collector to find - a large frame Brazilian Navy contract revolver. It is all matching with sharp markings and a Navy Armada marking on the left side of the frame. Very few of these guns were contracted and made for the Brazilian Navy and most saw very heavy use for many years. This one has retained roughly 80% of its original bluing with areas of spotty wear, concentrated mostly on and around the cylinder and frame. There are some areas of pitting, mostly on the left side of the frame. Fitted with period-correct checkered wood grips - bruising on both sides. The bore has strong rifling with just a few small spots of minor oxidation. Fully functional. It is also an antique, requiring no FFL.
