5/5/26 - This is a rare commercial Mauser Banner Luger from 1942. There were only about 15,000 commercial Mauser Lugers ever produced, and only about 1,500 in 1942. The pistol is all matching and original. It is fitted with the proper Black Widow style grips and has correct straw-colored small parts. It comes with an un-numbered magazine. The gun has retained about 92% of its original finish. While there isn't a ton of actual finish loss, there are small scratches and handling marks on much of the gun. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, some freckling on the grip straps, and minor pitting on the side plate and on the front strap. Very nice bore with good rifling.
