Description
5/14/26 - This is an excellent example of a rare and early 1908 Commercial DWM Luger, with no stock lug on the frame, no hold open originally (one has since been added), with four inch barrel, and chambered for 9mm Luger. All matching and "Crown N" proofed. The serial range for these is 39,000-71500, so this is one falls in the middle. It comes as a rig with a mismatched WWI military magazine and an un-marked and un-dated holster. The belt loops are reinforced with metal studs, and the closure strap buckle has been modified. The gun has retained about 97% of its bluing with just hints of high edge / muzzle wear and a few tiny marks on the grip straps. Fitted with un-numbered wood grips. The left panel has a small chip in the upper corner, and they don't fit perfectly, causing the mag release button to stick a little bit. The threads on the left screw are damaged, so the screw doesn't screw in flush. The magazine fits very tight, so it can be a bit tough to get it out. Minty bore.
