Description

12/15/21 - This is a hard-to-find DWM Luger that was made in 1912 and issued to the German military. The 1912 dated DWM Lugers are actually the most rare date for DWM production, with fewer than 10,000 produced. It correctly has no stock lug, and had a hold open added later. The finish is original and shows wear on the side plate, right side rail and muzzle. Also some bluing loss on the bottom of the straps, and surface oxidation in most areas. The parts are numbered and matching throughout, including the original grips. Period original but mismatched magazine. The grips show handling wear and some smoothing but no cracks. The magazine base does have a small surface crack in it. The bore is generally clean with good rifling but does show some use/wear to the rifling.
