4/9/21 - This is an excellent example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. There were only 15,000 SVW 45's produced, and over 346,000 total Mauser P.38's produced during the war (Jan Still, Axis Pistols). These SVW's are rare and Legacy does not get them often. This gun has a dual-tone finish, with a phosphate slide and frame, but blued barrel. This one is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 135" military proofs. It has retained about 96% of its original finish. There is minor thinning on the front strap and a hint of wear around the muzzle. There is a "P" scratched into the left side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a proper magazine. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
