Description

11/2/21 - This is a very rare and original Mauser P.38 rig that was issued to the Nazi Police in 1944. It is Eagle/F marked, one of only 1,500 produced with 'byf 44' slide. It's all matching and original with a dual-tone finish, showing blued barrel and phosphate slide/frame/small parts. The profile is beautiful on this pistol, just a hint of high edge wear, but the front grip strap is thin throughout. Right side of slide has very minor pinpricking. Strong, shiny bore and good mechanics, including the de-cocker. Excellent and correct black plastic grips. The rig includes two total magazines, both original from WW2. One is Mauser-made, the other marked just "P.38v / U". The rig is completed by an original police holster that's in very good condition.
