Description
7/21/26 - This is an excellent example of the super rare Walther Model 6, one of only 1,000 produced. The Model 6 was an attempt by Walther to develop a service pistol for the armed forces in the standard military caliber of 9mm Luger. The design was refused due to weak mechanics, so very few were ever military accepted. Some officers did buy their own model 6 on the commercial market, and carried them as their service pistol. This particular example has an early "839" serial number. It is all original and has about 96% of the original blue remaining. There is just very minor general high edge and muzzle wear with a few small marks on the front strap. Fitted with period-correct black bakelite grips and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has great rifling with just some minor frosting in the grooves.
