Description
5/20/26 - This is a nice example of a rare and early Mauser C96 from 1900. This one has a "flatside" frame and a "large ring" hammer. It is all matching with a commercial antler proof on the right side of the slide and "Double Crown U" proofed. It comes with its original matching-numbered wood stock. The gun has retained about 93% of its original bluing. While there isn't much actual bluing loss, there are areas of spotty patina and pitting on both sides of the frame and on the barrel. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there is light pin-pricking throughout.
