SOLD - Rare French MAC Mle 1950 Rig

3/17/22 - This is an honest example of a French MAC Model 1950 rig, manufactured and issued to the French military in the 1950's. This one has an early "C" prefix serial number - one of the first 25,000 made. These guns are rare and highly sought-after among collectors. It's easy to see why - the gun has a really nice action and feels great in the hand. This one is all matching and has no import OR export markings. It has only retained about 20% of its original finish, mostly visible on the sides of the frame. There are several minor areas with freckling, and general oxidation on the slide and frame. Comes with period-correct grips and a total of 5 original magazines. There are handling marks on the grips throughout and a very minor chip on the right panel. The rifling in the bore is worn, and there is minor pitting throughout. Comes with an original canvas holster, belt and two mag pouches. The listing also includes a box of French-labeled 9mm ammo.
