Description

9/2/25 - This is a nice example of a rare Mauser P.38 assembled by the French using leftover Nazi parts in 1946. This one is rare because it has an "L" block serial number on the underside of the tang. French proofs on the barrel. It comes as a rig with one magazine and a post-WW2 leather holster - one of the belt loops is missing. The gun has retained roughly 85% of its high polish bluing. The majority of the wear is concentrated around the high edges and along the barrel. Fitted with black plastic grips - scratches on both sides. Excellent, shiny bore.
