SOLD - Rare G Date Mauser Luger Rig

5/21/20 - This is a rare G Date Mauser Luger with a correct G Date hoster. The gun has retained about 92% of its original bluing with most of the wear on the side plate, general thinning on the straps, and a few small marks on the barrel. The small parts on the left side of the gun have lost most of the original strawed finish. The straw is mostly in tact on the right side of the gun. There is a very faint "RD" scratched into the front strap. The grips appear to be period original but are mismatched. It comes with a rare E/154 proofed magazine, though the mismatched base appears to be renumbered. It also is on a commercial Mauser tube. The bore has a little frosting, but strong rifling. It comes with an original 1935-marked and waffenamt G date holster. The holster is generally in good condition, but there is a "TW" scratched into the back and three round surface scuff marks on the top flap.
