Description

8/29/24 - This is a rare Nazi MP 44 modified to semi-automatic after the war. This MP44 is a professionally rebuilt 100% original parts kit. It is made to ATF specs as a semi auto rifle and is serialized. The receiver is a 1945 made and was tri-cut and skillfully re-welded. It has WW2 parts but mismatched numbers throughout. The finish is generally very good, with minor areas of thinning. Terrific bore. The listing includes a repro sling, as well as four boxes (80rds) of Prvi Partizan ammo. Receiver is proofed 'fxo' and has several waffenamts, including a Steyr E/37 proof. Wood furniture appears to be period original and has only minor handling wear. Our consignor put ~50rds through this rifle and says it functioned without issue.
