Description
8/14/20 - This is an M1 Carbine that was produced in 1943 by Irwin Pedersen, the rarest and most desired manufacturer of WW2 carbines. A full parts list for this gun is included in the photos of the listing (NOTE: the handguard is RSG marked). Irwin-Pedersen produced and completed less than 4,000 rifles, which is less than 1/10th of 1 percent of total M1 production. The rest were completed by Saginaw Gear. The finish on this rifle is excellent, but it does appear it went through at least partial re-work due to the RIA proof on left side of stock. The sling recess is marked IR-IP and RSG. The right side of stock has faint SG proof. It's in very good condition with no major defects. Bore is excellent. Barrel is Rock-Ola made and dated to February of 1943.Specifications
