Description

9/29/25 - This is a rare example of a German Lignose Model 2 sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. It has retained about 90% of its original finish with minor wear around the high edges in general and around the muzzle. Very minor thinning on the back strap and left side of the slide. Tiny dots of brown patina throughout, and a couple small gouges, on the left side of the slide directly above the frame near the muzzle and on the front underside of the frame/muzzle area where the slide inserts. Comes with excellent black bakelite grips and one proper magazine. Bore has strong rifling, but there is light pin pricking throughout.
