Description
7/13/26 - This is a rare Mauser P.38, made in 1942, the first year of production. There were fewer than 20,000 of this variation produced, which is a very low production total for any wartime P.38 variation. This particular gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs. It has lost the majority of its original finish with obvious wear throughout. A few small dots of oxidation here and there. Fitted with correct dark brown phenolic grips and comes with a correct "Eagle 135" marked Mauser magazine. The bore has good rifling with minor frosting in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
