Description

9/18/19 - This is one of the finest examples of a rare Mauser P.38 that we've encountered. It is Eagle over F marked, one of only 1500 produced, and is in minty, original condition. This pistol also has an interesting story to tell, as it appears the factory committed an error in the serialization process. The frame serial is 4700 with no suffix, while the barrel is 4700 in the 'd' block, and the slide is marked 46700, which is especially interesting as these pistols would never have had a five-digit serial. We do believe it to be 100% factory original though, and nearly impossible to upgrade as far as the condition is concerned. Mint bore and grips. Smooth mechanics.
