2/5/26 - This is a minty example of a rare Mauser P.38 rig issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is a first-year Mauser production, where only 19,000 of these were made, making it only slightly more common than the zero series or Nazi-marked svw 45's. It comes as a rig with a minty 1942-dated hard shell holster and two "Eagle 135" proofed Mauser magazines. The gun's dusty-blue finish rates about 98+% with just the slightest hints of high edge wear and a few tiny dots of oxidation. Fitted with reddish particle grips. The bore has strong rifling, but there is noticeable frosting in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
