Description
1/23/26 - This is a near-mint example of a rare third-variation "Zero Series" Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The grips are waffen-proofed and matching-numbered. It comes with a numbered magazine - fairly close in serial number, but it is not matching to the gun. The gun has retained about 98% of its high polish blued finish with just hints of high edge wear and a few tiny marks and scratches here and there, most noticeable on the front strap. The bore has good rifling, but there is light freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
