Description
6/30/26 - This is a nice example of a rare muzzle-numbered Walther PPK issued to the SS in 1937. All matching with the proper "Crown N" proofs. The serial is in a solid block of other muzzle-numbered SS guns. It comes with one original SS contract magazine that is not matching but close in serial number. It also comes with a period-correct thin leather holster. There is handwriting on the inside that is difficult to read, but the top line appears to have the name "Norbert Hoffmann". The gun itself has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original high polish finish. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, and extremely light pitting / frosting in the finish on much of the gun. Nice brown grip - appears to be a repaired crack on the right side. Excellent bore with great rifling. Minty bore.
