Description

12/16/22 - This is an excellent example of an authentic MP44 Machine Gun that was issued to the Nazi military during WW2. This one has been decommissioned - the bolt has been welded permanently inoperable, and it has a dummy receiver, so this is not a working gun. Moving parts include the mag release, safety lever, and select fire switch. The magazine comes in and out. It comes with a postwar mag. Lower receiver is waffenamt and looks period-correct. The barrel is authentic, and the bore has strong rifling but is dirty and shows heavy corrosion. The rifle has retained most of its finish with the most notable patina and thinning on the barrel and handguard.
