SOLD - RARE Police Simson Luger Rig with Capture Doc

10/23/17 - This is a very rare 1929 or 1930 made Simson luger that was issued to the German Police.  Only about 12,000 total Simsons were made with only about 1k going to the police.   It has all original finish, and ALL matching numbered parts with all parts being correct Eagle/6 (Simson) proofed including the grip screws.  Grips also numbered to the gun with Simson proofs.   Excellent finish at about  92-93%, with a good amount of browning  to the finish on the straps.  But these are rarely found in such great condition.   We spoke with Simson book author Ed Tinker and he had this gun verified and listed in his database.    It is a consignment gun for us, so no trades on this one.   Comes with original capture papers.  A rare 1926 dated holster from Albert Fishier in Berlin.  Back of holster badly cracked.   Also, rare Eagle/6 Simson marked tool.  Excellent bore.
