Description

12/6/17 - Here we have a very rare Sauer 38h in the original box with all the fixings.  Included amongst those is the original manual and oiler tin, both of which are very difficult to find.  There is also a cleaning rod, spare magazine and three dummy rounds.  The original finish of the pistol rates at about 96%, with a spot of wear on the trigger guard.  The box is clearly legible but one edge of the top has fallen off.  Along with these items, the original wood box that the pistol was brought home in by the vet remains with the pistol.   Estimated date of 1940 or 41 as this is one of the latest serial numbers to have Crown/N proofs.  Mint bore.
