Description
6/24/26 - From the collection of Tom Whiteman. A COA will be provided. This is a rare, all-phosphate finish SVW 45 Mauser P.38 from 1945. Only about 3,700 of these guns were made. This is much rarer than the SVW 45's that have a dual tone finish with an estimated production of 7,800. All matching with the proper "Waffen 135" Nazi military acceptance proofs. These finishes are a bit difficult to rate, but we estimate this one to be roughly 50%. There is obvious finish loss on the whole left side of the gun. Fitted with black plastic Mauser grips and comes with a rare, late-war, "U" marked, "Waffen 135" Mauser magazine with a ribbed follower. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
