Description
4/16/26 - This is an excellent example of a rare third-variation "Zero Series" Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military acceptance proofs throughout, even on the small parts. The grips are waffen-proofed and matching-numbered. It comes as a rig with two original matching-numbered magazines and a rare bearskin oak leaf 9 marked brown leather holster. The oak leaf 9 marking is extremely faint and only visible under certain light (to the left of the waffen proof). The gun has retained about 95% of its high polish blued finish with just very minor high edge / muzzle wear and some light spotty wear on the front strap. Very nice bore with great rifling. De-cocker is functional.
