Description

4/8/19 - This is a rare Walther KKW training rifle that was issued to the SA or Sturmabteilung, which was the Nazi party's original paramilitary. The rifle is all original and correct, with sharp SA cartouche in the stock, featuring the organizational logo and marked 'SA d.NSDAP'. Perhaps even more rare, this rifle comes with the original canvas case, which is also marked with a clear SA inkstamp internally. The bluing is largely very nice on the rifle, with most finish loss found on the butt plate and toward the muzzle. There is some freckling and oxidation in various areas (barrel, front sight, bolt) and some surface rust on the butt plate. Minty bore and fantastic stock with no major flaws.
