Description
6/23/26 - This is a rare Walther Mod HP that originally manufactured to be sold in the commercial market in the 1940's, and then diverted for issue to the Nazi military. It has an "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide. The slide, frame, and locking block are all mismatched, but there is an added electro-penciled matching number on the right side of the slide. The gun has an old re-blued finish with obvious splotchy wear, discoloration, and pin-pricking along both sides of the slide. Fitted with period-correct blackish-brown phenolic grips and comes with a post-war magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional, but you have to push down on the lever fairly hard to get it to work.
