Description
4/16/26 - This is a rare "480 Code" Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with two un-numbered Walther magazines (one is "ac" marked) and a 1944-dated softshell holster. The gun itself has retained roughly 75% of its original bluing. There is noticeable spotty discoloration, oxidation, and pin-pricking covering most of the gun. The majority of the finish loss is concentrated along the barrel and along both sides of the slide. Fitted with matching-numbered and waffen-proofed grips. The bore has decent rifling, but shows noticeable pitting throughout. De-cocker is functional.
