Description

9/7/23 - This is a rare Walther PP from 1939-40 that's chambered for 9mm Kurz. Only ~3.5% of total prewar and wartime Walther PP production was done in this caliber. Matching and original with around 80% of the blue remaining. Standard high edge wear for the most part, but the most notable patch of finish loss/discoloration is on the right side of the slide. The slide is also inscribed 'Verbeek' on the right side, which we believe is a retailer but that is just our educated guess. Excellent, shiny bore. Grips show no defects. Rare, numbered 9mm Persian contract mag is included, with nice finger extension that has only minor dings.
