4/24/26 - The Remington No. 1 Vest Pocket pistol in .22 caliber was a compact, single-shot pocket pistol produced by Remington Arms Company from about 1919 to 1923. Designed for simple, affordable self-defense, it features a tip-up barrel for loading individual .22 rimfire cartridges, along with a spur trigger. Estimated production of around 20,000 pistols. This one has retained roughly half of its finish with obvious wear throughout. Fitted with wood grips. The bore shows some rifling remaining, but there is obvious pitting throughout.
