10/19/21 - This is a nice, original Remington Rand 1911A1 from late in 1944 that was issued to the U.S. Army. It has about 85-90% of the original parkerized finish remaining, with holster wear on all the high edges, and thinning on the front strap and grip safety. Flannery barrel with excellent bore. Sharp grips with minor handling wear on right panel. Unmarked postwar magazine. Comes with minty postwar holster that was made by Hunter Corp.
