5/21/26 - This is a Walther PP designated for the Reichs Finanz Verwaltung. It is marked "R.F.V. 18960 W" on the front strap. This Third Reich department was in charge of the borders as well as government financial matters - much like our own IRS and border police. The finish rates somewhere between 85-90%. There is muzzle wear, somewhat spotty wear along both sides of the slide, and dulling with brown patina on the grip straps. Fitted with black bakelite grips and comes with a proper wartime magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling.
