Description
7/31/26 - This is an original and correct RZM marked Walther PPK from 1935. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. This one is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" firing proofs. It has retained about 96-97% of its finish. There is just some very minor muzzle wear and hints of wear on some of the high edges. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is spotty freckling on the whole slide and right side of the frame. There is an area of very minor pitting on the right side of the slide near the ejection port. The original brown grip shows minor warping on the right side with a hairline crack on the right side as well. Comes with a period-correct finger extension magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling.
