Description
12/15/20 - This is a scarce Saginaw Gear M1 Carbine from 1943. These S'G' marked rifles were made at the Grand Rapids plant, which produced the second fewest total of carbines behind only Irwin-Pedersen. A parts guide is included in the photos of the listing, mostly S'G' marked throughout. The stock is RSG marked in the sling well and appears original, but the SG proofs on the right side may be spurious. Slide appears re-parkerized. Stock is in fantastic shape and bore is minty. Underwood barrel that's dated to September of 1943. Original flip sight. Magazine is marked S-G.Specifications
