Description
7/20/26 - This is a very nice example of a scarce .22 caliber Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1938. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" proofs. There is an unidentifiable marking on the front strap - could be someone's initials. It has retained about 92% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is on the grip straps, but there is also some muzzle wear and a few very light surface scratches on the slide. Fitted with scarce checkered wood grips and comes with a proper .22 caliber magazine with a scarce wood bottom - matches the grips. Minty bore. The hold open doesn't work properly with this magazine unless applying pressure to the mag bottom.
