Description
10/20/25 - This is a rare Mauser P.38 rig issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is a first-year Mauser production, where only 19,000 of these were made, making it only slightly more common than the zero series or Nazi-marked svw 45's. This one is all matching, has a dark "Russian-dipped" finish, and has a Russian capture "X" on the left side of the frame. There is essentially no actual finish loss, but there are a few light surface scratches here and there and a few tiny pits under the finish. Fitted with reproduction black plastic grips and comes with a numbered but mismatched magazine. The bore has good rifling, but there is noticeable spotty oxidation throughout. De-cocker is functional.
