Description
6/26/26 - This is a rare British Webley Mark I revolver. These were made from 1887-94 so this qualifies as an antique. No FFL required. It is all matching with the proper British military acceptance proofs throughout. "Broad Arrow" marking on the top strap. There is an "N 27 2 1892" marking on the back strap, which we assume to be a unit marking. It was originally chambered in .455 Webley, but the cylinder has been shaved to accept .45 ACP. The gun has an old re-blued finish that shows spotty wear and splotchy discoloration on most of the gun. The most actual finish loss is concentrated on the grip straps. Fitted with brown hard rubber grips. Mint bore. Fully functional.
