Description
3/11/19 - This is an excellent and super early Reichsbank Walther PP, with early slab side magazine. PP production started at S/N 750,000 - making this the 2924th PP ever manufactured! These were issued to the bank arsenal where slide numbering and the matching magazine were added. The magazine with this pistol is correct but not numbered. The original finish rates at about 97%, with minor muzzle wear on each side of the slide, and minor finish loss on the bottom of the back strap. Other correct early features found on this pistol include the split firing pin, extended barrel and weighted grips. While the slide is cut for the 90 degree safety, a 60 degree safety is present. The left grip panel does have a crack, which is common on the weighted PP grips as the weighted portion pulls away from the edges and can cause these cracks. Excellent bore. Comes with a period original holster that has an 'LPN' marking under the strap.Specifications
