Description

12/13/18 - This is a scarce Erfurt M1883 Reichsrevolver in all matching and original condition.  All numbered parts of this revolver match, including frame, cylinder latch, barrel, cylinder, grips and even the grip screw!  The finish rates below 50% with browning and thinning throughout.  The frame is marked 27.A.2.62 which means 27th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Batter Weapon No 62.  The frame is dated 1894, meaning this antique requires no license.  Bore is actually pretty shiny with fairly strong rifling considering the age and condition of the revolver, but there is some freckling throughout.  Single-action revolver is functional but the action is a little tight.
