Description

3/24/25 - For sale is a scarce Vz 52/57 made by Uhersky Brod of Czechoslovakia in 1959. The Vz 52/57 were an update to the vz 52 rifle to be chambered in 7.62x39 due to Soviet pressure to adopt the cartridge. The Vz 52/57 was short lived as the Vz 58 select fire rifle was adopted the next year. The rifle is in great shape with a nice parked finish on the metal. The top cover has an enamel paint-like finish. The stock is shiny and has a Czech lacquer finish applied. Minor handling marks but no major blemishes. The stock is matching to the receiver but the bolt and carrier are mismatched. The bore is mirror bright with strong rifling. The rifle comes with 2 magazines, a magazine pouch, and cleaning kit.
