Description
2/26/26 - This is the rarest of all the army issued Mauser HSc's! In 1941, Mauser ceased production of the model 1934 in favor of the HSc, and some of the first several thousand procured bear the same proofs as the model 1934 - Eagle/655 on trigger guard and the army test proof on the grip tang. There were only 3,000 of this variation produced, with said markings and high-polish blue finish. This one has about 97% of its original bluing left, with just minor high edge and muzzle wear. A bit of light oxidation on the grip straps, and some scattered handling marks. Excellent bore with strong rifling. Very nice grips, though the right side panel does have a couple of indents. Comes with two period-correct magazines and a tan leather holster. The holster has an A. Fischer makers mark, a Walther PPK ink stamp on the inside, and what appears to be a faint "Eagle M" stamp under the makers mark.
