Description
6/25/26 - This is an excellent example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs. This one is scarce because it has a single-line slide legend. It is in the proper "m/n" serial block for this variation. It has retained about 95% of its original finish. There is general high edge wear, muzzle wear, one small dot of wear on the left side of the barrel, some freckling on the right side of the slide, and very minor thinning with light brown patina on the front strap. Fitted with excellent period-correct reddish phenolic grips and comes with a proper "Eagle 359" proofed Walther magazine. The bore has great rifling with freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
