Description
1/21/26 - This is a very nice example of a scarce Mauser Model 1934 issued to the Nazi army during WW2. It was made around 1940. Only about 8,000 of this variation made. All matching with the proper Eagle test proof and "Eagle 655" military acceptance proof on the left side of the tang. It comes as a rig with a Mauser banner-marked magazine and a scarce 1940-dated, "Waffen 286" proofed holster (clear Mauser ink stamp on the inside). The gun has retained about 90% of its original high polish finish. The wear is concentrated mostly around the high edges and around the muzzle. One tiny streak of wear on the front strap. Fitted with a nice wood grip. Near-mint bore.
