Description
10/13/26 - For sale is an Inland M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine made in 1943. The carbine has a nice phosphate finish throughout with a slight browning tint from age. The barrel finish has a wear pattern from a Type 3 band being installed. The wood has a nice dark finish and looks to have been lightly cleaned. The back of the stock body has a 1/2" diameter Circle P stamp. The bottom of the pistol grip is stamped IO with the small crossed cannons, and the inside of the barrel channel is stamped IO. The buttplate has the proper forge marks, but the spring has weakened. The bore is bright with strong rifling. The carbine is nearly parts correct, but the trigger is a National Postal Meter Sub Contractor. Comes with a web sling.
